Who are the Coaching and/or Mentoring Industry Consumers?

Each Directory is for the benefit of the Consumers; whether the consumer is a:
Consumers of Coaches and/or Mentors are generally considered to be their Clients.
A Consumer may be someone who is not part of or involved in the coaching and mentoring industry, or they may be a Coach, a Mentor, or may be a coaching and/or mentoring Student.
A Consumer of a Formal Education Body is generally considered to be their coaching and/or mentoring students, tutors/trainers, or staff.
A Consumer may be someone who is not part of or involved in the coaching and mentoring industry, or they may be a Coach or a Mentor.
A Consumer of a Private Commercial Training Organisation is generally considered to be their coaching and/or mentoring students, tutors/trainers, or staff.
A Consumer may be someone who is not part of or involved in the coaching and mentoring industry, or they may be a Coach or a Mentor.
A Consumer of a Professional Body is generally considered to be their members (coaches, mentors, and private commercial training organisations).
Consumers of Commercial Organisations are considered to be a Client; in other words, an organisation that has selected to work with the coaching and/or mentoring services/products provided by a Commercial Organisation; or an individual that has selected to work with a member of the Commercial Organisation.
A Consumer may be an organisation/individual who is not part of or involved in the coaching and mentoring industry, or they may be a Coach, a Mentor, or a coaching/mentoring Student.
Consumers of Commercial Organisations may be a Member; in other words, a member of their own staff or on contract.
A Member may be someone who is not part of or involved in the coaching and mentoring industry, or they may be a Coach, a Mentor, or a coaching/mentoring Student.
Consumers will be able to utilise the IRCM CIC’s Directory as part of their due diligence when researching the coaches and/or mentors, education bodies, training organisations, Professional Bodies, and industry-related commercial organisations.
