Business Development Director
- Implementing international territory programmes.
- Substantial growth through membership numbers and course accreditations.
- Working closely with, while motivating and holding accountable all relevant International and Country heads; who in turn will motivate and hold accountable their teams.
- In relation to Business Development, pulling the International and Country teams together.
- Lead the marketing team to drive the numbers.
- Lead the teams to initiate, refine, and drive additional income streams.
- Promotion of the IIC&M.
- Building strategic partnerships with corporates, training organisations, and sponsors.
- Fulfilling the strategy determined by the Board.
- Meeting growth targets agreed at Board level.
- Work with Membership and Operations to retain members and accredited courses/workshops.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending regular meetings, relevant workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and where appropriate participating in professional societies.
- Negotiating contracts in relation to business growth.
Business Development Directors Qualifications and Training:
Relevant experience gained in any commercial operation involving contact with the general public, businesses, and customers will be beneficial.
- Proven communication skills - able to deal with multinational virtual teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
