Case Studies are generated from a number of origins.
The first is from the grievances lodged with the Ombudsman Service; while the second may be generated from one specific detail in an Ombudsman Service grievance, or online advertising, or social media advertising, or publications, or publication advertising, or feedback provided by a consumer, etc.

Industry Terminology – Qualification vs Accreditation/Credentialing
This case study is based on a number of Formal Complaints that were lodged by students against a Private Commercial Training Organisation. In its investigation, the Ombudsman Service found that, although the Private Commercial Training Organisation is accredited by a Coaching and Mentoring Professional Body, the Private Commercial Training Organisation issues both a ‘qualification’ and its own ‘accreditation’.
