A Community Interest Company is a formally set-up company which exists to benefit the consumers (buying public, clients, students, members of Professional Bodies).  As a CIC, this defines the IRCM CIC's role and it's annual reporting requirements into the Official Regulator.

The IRCM CIC is a not for profit CIC and the only independent and authorised regulator for the protection of the consumers of Coaching and Mentoring Industry.
