As a Private Commercial Training Organisation
or Coach/Mentor who provides training,
why should we accredit/credential with one or more
IRCM CIC Registered/Accredited Professional Bodies?
The overall reason a Private Commercial Training Organisation or Coach/Mentor who provides training would REGISTER with the IRCM CIC is to protect their student (consumers), while building trust, confidence, and excellence in the coaching or mentoring industry; and is one of credibility.
Formal Education Bodies are provided with an accreditation/credential from their countries Education Department, whereas Private Commercial Training Organisations or Coaches/Mentors who provide training have no external validation without an Accreditation/Credential with an IRCM CIC Registered/Accredited Professional Body.
The reason the IRCM CIC would encourage an IRCM CIC Private Commercial Training Organisation or Coach/Mentor who provides training to accredit/credential with an IRCM CIC Registered/Accredited Professional Body is to:
- gain an independent assessment of the quality of their courses/workshops, through accreditation or credentialing.
- validate the quality of the course/workshop creator, faculty, trainers, mentors, coaches, and qualification assessment.
- access experienced education/training validation experts for the Private Commercial Training Organisation or Coach/Mentor who provides training.
.
Simply put, registering with the IRCM CIC raises consumer confidence in the industry, but gaining accreditation/credential with an IRCM CIC Registered/Accredited Professional Body raises the consumer confidence in the quality of the courses/workshops you provide.
You will be part of bringing the industry together to work as a single industry, under a single industry recognised Codes of Conduct.
You have the opportunity to participate in determining the future of the coaching and mentoring industry.
