Michael gained his accountancy qualification with Ernst and Young in the City of London and has considerable international commercial management and investment experience.  He has led a number of management buy-ins and subsequently successfully ran the companies before selling them.  With this background, he has considerable hands-on commercial experience running companies, which he brings to MGA Business Advisors & Accountants (set up in 2003) Business Advisory team.
