The Ombudsman Service for the Coaching and Mentoring Industry consumers is a free and easy to use service that provides each consumer with an independent authority to address grievances, disputes, and/or complaints* in line with current consumer policy.  The Ombudsman Service resolves grievances impartially and fairly.
