On all that matters for an event in your future

This is an exercise that as a coach and/or mentor and/or consumer you can do: record a message to your future self about an event that you have planned for when hopefully everything will be more 'normal'.

Having written or recorded your message, when would your future self read or listen to it?
Put a date in your diary for the day before your event, as this time and feelings may have been forgotten.
