. We are very pleased to welcome Mr Scott Milway who joins IRCM as Director and takes the reins from Andrew Haigh.
Hardworking and energetic Scott brings a wealth of experience to this position.
He may be the new Director but the IRCM focus remains unchanged. Independent of any trade body or organisation, Scot Milway continues our unchanging quest to provide unbiased, fact based information, so you, the buying public, have access to information you can trust and upon which you can make sensible, knowledge based, decisions.
If we came across negative information in the public domain about a Coach or Mentor that could be considered as important for buyers of Coach and/or Mentor services, we would publish it.

A former Banker, Scott worked through a long period in the Insurance industry involved in sales, sales management and also compliance following the 1986 Financial Services Act and eventually ran his own brokerage company.
He then became involved in personal development training and coaching being particularly interested in Stress Management.
His current role with the IRCM complements his belief in transparency and fairness in dealing with the public and commerce.
. Resigned: 25th November 2017 Scott resigned for personal and health reasons and rejoined the Board in a Non-Executive role to allow the Board to benefit from his knowledge and experience while focusing on his health.

Resigned: 11th November 2020 Scott Milway passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
