Since 1998 accreditation has been our core business. We are service driven not numbers driven. We are run by coaches & mentors on behalf of other coaches and mentors whose objective is to protect the client.

As a member, you benefit from immediate access to one-to-one and group personal and professional support; an ongoing complementary programme of learning and development; coaching tools and business resources to help you start and grow your coaching business and so much more.

Applicants for individual accreditation benefit from a reduced fee if they have trained through one of our Accredited Training Providers.

In addition to Coach, Mentor, and Training Organisations Accreditation; the IAPC&M offers an 'Accredited Client-Facing Signature Programme'.

  • We agree to adhere to the Coaching and Mentoring industry Codes of Conduct and refer to, or cross-reference, them within our codes, policies and procedures.

  • Where coaching and/or mentoring is used or taught in the on-going development of our members, we agree to adhere to and where applicable include, the Coaching and Mentoring industry Codes of Conduct.

  • We recognise the Coaching and Mentoring industry Ombudsman Service.

Accredited Professional Development APD Various APD is for anyone who wants their specialist training program accredited.
APD is broad in its remit, and includes complementary and/or advanced learning topics, of varying duration. Learning will contribute to a coach/mentor’s professional development, skills and understanding of the subject.
Accredited Short Training Course
Equivalent Level 3		 7 – 14 hours Course provides introductory knowledge of the subject, covering fundamental facts, principles, methods and general concepts.
Accredited Foundation Training Course
Equivalent Level 4		 15 – 99 hours Course provides greater depth of knowledge in the subject, increasing awareness, understanding and application of facts, principles, methodologies and concepts.
Accredited Intermediate Training Course
Equivalent Level 5		 100 – 199 hours Course provides wide-ranging, specialised, factual level of development that reinforces knowledge and application within the subject, and an awareness of the boundaries of that knowledge.
Accredited Advanced Training Programme
Equivalent Level 6		 200 – 300 hours Course provides an advanced level of development that reinforces and enhances knowledge and understanding of the subject requiring demonstrable application of concepts, principles and methodologies.
Accredited Extensive Training Programme
Equivalent Level 7		 300+ hours Course provides an extensive level of development that reinforces and enhances knowledge, awareness and understanding of the subject requiring highly demonstrable capability of concepts, principles and methodologies.
