Monica Jonsson pioneered the corporate coaching sector in Luxembourg and is founder of the country’s first and leading coaching practice, CoachDynamix (2003).
Based in Luxembourg, she coaches senior executives and entrepreneurs in the global business community. With more than 80 client companies spanning across a diversity of industries, she has a profound insight into the comprehensive range of issues companies face in an ever-changing business landscape.
Monica is an accredited Master Coach, she has a master’s in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and holds a degree in economics from the University of Stockholm.
She has worked in predominantly international environments in Sweden, Hong Kong and Luxembourg. Prior to becoming a coach she worked in the telecommunications sector for Telia, Hongkong Telecom, MACH and IBM. Her experience covers a variety of areas including strategic consulting, marketing, sales, service development and supplier management.
In addition to coaching and running her company, Monica moderates and participates in panel discussions with corporate executives to raise awareness around the importance of leadership, corporate culture and gender balance.
