Coaches and/or Mentors are the individuals who provide a coaching only, or a mentoring only, or a coaching and mentoring service to consumers.

Coaches and Mentors cover a range of specialities, from Life Coaching/Mentoring, Executive Coaching/Mentoring, Business Coaching/Mentoring to Swimming Coaching/Mentoring, Running Coaching/Mentoring, and Football Coaching/Mentoring.

Coaches and/or Mentors can provide their service on a 1-2-1 basis, or to a group, or to a team.

The IRCM CIC recommends that each Coach and/or Mentor is REGISTERED with the IRCM CIC to confirm to their consumers that they are working within the international industry Unified Codes of Conduct and that they recognise the Ombudsman Service.

In this way, all Consumers will be aware of the professionalism demonstrated by their Coach and/or Mentor and clear about the service that they are expecting/receiving.
